Human Rights and Crisis Management: A handbook for members of CSDP missions

This handbook is addressed to those participating in the EU Common Security and Defence Policy and it is aimed at increasing personal awareness and understanding of human rights issues and to provide basic tools to help dealing with human rights issues. The handbook drws on elements from the framework of international human rights law and the EU’s own human rights instruments and guidelines.
