Description

Security elements:
– To be able to prevent, anticipate and avoid dangerous situations; be able to identify gender specific risks.
– Being able to recognize weapons, ammunition, and ranges in hostile environments.
– To be able to communicate effectively during a critical security incident.
– To be able to adequately use available means of transportation, movements planning, how to travel in a convoy for security reasons and how to plan a relocation from an unsafe area.
– To be able to manage threats related to air strikes, shelling, aggression, crossfire, UXOS, drone attacks, anti-personal mines, aggression, and violent demonstrations.
– To be able to build-up and implement a hibernation situation prior a relocation from Ukraine.

Médical (TECC) elements:
– To know how to manage traumatic stress and have self-control in dangerous circumstances.
– To be able to carry out scene and patient assessment to respond to any tactical medical emergency.
– Be able to deliver techniques for treating catastrophic bleeding, hemorrhage’s, and sucking chest wounds due to bullet injury or shrapnel.
– Be able to recognize and treat fractures and severe burns.
– Be able to identify and treat conflict injuries: amputation, shock, chemical attack, and explosions/deflagrations.
– Be able to understand and perform the triage of several casualties and organize their MEDEVAC (Medical Evacuation).
– Be able to perform a medical (ATMIST) report to request support from emergency services.
