| Description | Our three day Hostile Environment Course will prepare you to work in medium to high risk locations. It is aimed at aid and human rights workers and journalists. It will help to prepare you for your mission and for unexpected events that you may encounter overseas. The course includes pre course reading, medical training and practical exercises. The course is also suitable as a refresher course for those who have previous travel experience. The cost of the course includes all training materials, lunch, snacks and coffee. Accommodation, transport to and from the course and other meals are not included. We do not provide accomodation but can recommend the local Silken Thomas hotel.
