  • Maintaining, reviewing, and refining their processes for responding, tracking, and reporting of security and risk incidents for MMI, their affiliates and their programme partners.
  • Identifying and developing solutions to address knowledge and compliance gaps relating to our security processes and incident responses
  • Leading on the development and maintenance of comprehensive Disaster and Crisis Management Plans (DCMP) for MMI and their programme affiliates and support local Crisis Management Teams as required.
  • Developing and implementing a regular testing programme to ensure their plans are effective and staff are prepared to handle a live crisis.
  • Acting as a whistleblowing contact for MMI through regularly monitoring, triaging, and responding to concerns of suspected wrongdoing that are raised through their whistleblowing routes.
  • Supporting on risk & security strategy development, annual planning, and implementation.

With extensive experience of advising on global security protocols and effective crisis and incident management, in a variety of environments, you will have experience of developing strong relationships and demonstrate fantastic stakeholder management skills. Positive, flexible, with an analytical approach, you will bring proven experience of detailed reporting and managing investigations. You will have a desire to share your knowledge and build capacity across the Mary’s Meals family, training and supporting staff and volunteers. Approachability and the ability to influence at all levels is essential.

This is a global role and Mary’s Meals are happy for you to work remotely. There will be a requirement for some travel to countries where Mary’s Meals operates, as part of your role.
