VSO Tender – Global psychological support
|Closing date||12 Apr 2021|
VSO International will be running a tender process with the intention of establishing contracts/ framework agreements for the provision of 5 different types of psychological support for their global organisation. VSO are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced / qualified organisations or, where relevant, individuals. 580 employees and 1,000 volunteers work in a range of locations, some in challenging fragile environments. The capacity to offer services in a range of languages will be of value; although VSO’s employees are usually able to operate in English, many would prefer to have discussions about mental health and wellbeing in other languages.
The tender will be divided in to the following lots and suppliers are free to apply for one or more lots.
The scope of the psychological support services covered by these contracts/ frameworks may be extended slightly over the duration of the contract/ framework as VSO’s requirements adapt in response to the contexts in which we work e.g. developing proactive wellbeing checks.
Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO by 12 April 2021 midday GMT and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The Expression of Interest must include:
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated contract/ framework agreement start date: July 2021
Contract period: 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 1 year
VSO reserves the right not to award contracts/ framework agreements.
