If you have feedback or a complaint about GISF, our events, programmes or personnel conduct that you’d like to share with us, please do so using the form below.
Anonymity and confidentiality: Your complaint will be received by the Accountability Sub-committee of the GISF Steering group and Executive Director. You are welcome to submit your report anonymously, but this does mean that we won’t be able to follow up with you directly. If you chose to identify yourself, GISF will endeavour to keep your information confidential, sharing it only on a need-to-know basis with staff handling the complaint.
We respond to all feedback where an email address has been provided. You can expect to hear from us within two weeks.
