Anna is an experienced security, operations, and training specialist with a strong track record working with organisations to protect their people and meet their duty of care while working in challenging and complex contexts. Anna focuses on practical, people centred solutions that build capability, confidence and sustainable organisational systems.
Since 2005, Anna has worked across social enterprises, NGOs and UN agencies. She now works part time as a Senior Security Advisor for UNICEF, alongside consultancy and specialist training for organisations including Catholic Relief Services, VSO, Adam Smith International and Practical Action. Additionally, she sits on the Steering Committee for the UK Humanitarian/Development Security Focal Point Group.
Anna designs and delivers a wide portfolio of training programmes including Travel Safety, HEAT, APST, Crisis Management, Train the Trainer, Women‚s Safety and Security, and Family Support in a Crisis. Her approach blends practical tools, realistic scenarios and experiential learning to build skills that are directly applicable to real world operational challenges.
