Franziska is a security professional with wide international experience from various organisations and a solid legal (master’s in law), commercial, military and humanitarian/development background. Franziska is also a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and has training in psychological first aid and Trauma Risk Management (TRiM). Since October 2023 she has also a First Response Emergency Care (FREC) -Level 3- certification.
Her extensive and varied experience in safety and security, training, audit, management and leadership enables her to have a holistic view on security. She is an enthusiastic teacher and coach with highly developed interpersonal skills, who focuses on motivating people to achieve their objectives.
