NGO Hostile Environment Awareness Training Level 4/Level 5

Immersive learning reenforces and exercises knowledge within a contextualized environment. RSM offers fully immersive HEAT courses which are validated under the City and Guild’s “Assured” program as a mark of international excellence. We are unique in that we have an 85-acre designed-built HEAT environment (Pandora) which includes a customs checkpoint, a UN military base, small village (17 buildings), bullet penetration area, mine lane, refugee camp, hamlet and over $200,000 in training assets (including blank firing weapons, and smoke + explosive simulations). We also offer an active shooter office and hotel simulation areas, as well as a state-of-the-art training center which hosts up to 250 people- with a further 9-acres of immersive learning space. Our programs are designed specifically for the NGO community and focus on identifying, responding to, and recovering from a wide range of risks. We include small leadership skills, LGBTQIA and gender security awareness, casualty stabilization, self-defense, and other practical real-world solutions within our curriculum.
