Description

1- Comprender la seguridad proactiva y las medidas básicas de campo tomadas antes, durante y después de una misión de campo en un entorno hostil. Integrar la seguridad en la planificación de la misión.
2- Aumentar la resiliencia del personal en entornos peligrosos sabiendo cómo gestionar incidentes críticos y estrés traumático, cómo llevar a cabo negociaciones de acceso humanitario con actores no estatales, emboscada/tirador activo, comportamiento en bloqueos de carreteras y puestos de control, disturbios, prevención y reacción ante minas terrestres, secuestros y extinción de incendios sobre el terreno.
3- Ser capaz de actuar como miembro de un equipo dentro de un equipo, cómo coordinarse y ser capaz de comunicarse horizontal y verticalmente en situaciones expuestas a una amenaza directa en curso.
4- Prestar Primeros Auxilios Tácticos en zonas remotas y hostiles aplicando el procedimiento técnico M.A.R.C.H. del memo TECC.
