| Biography | Open Briefing is a unique not-for-profit service provider. We defend, strengthen and empower humanitarians and human rights defenders around the world by keeping them and their partners safe and secure, both online and in the real world. Our International team provides high-impact training, consultancy and retained support across safety and security, digital security, and wellbeing and resilience. Our flagship services include security management and duty of care audits, security risk management frameworks, Security Focal Point mentoring, crisis management training, information security frameworks, digital security training, retained counselling services, and Psychological First Aid training. We work in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. Our client base includes large humanitarian and development agencies and national associations as well as numerous rights-based NGOs and their local partners. Through our funded support programme, we also provide pro bono support and multi-lingual free resources to at-risk collectives and individual defenders in the global south. |
