On 1st October, the CHS Alliance, in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross, launched the 2018 edition of the Humanitarian Accountability Report. This report considers the issue of change through the lens of prominent change theories, examining six key topics from cash transfer programming to localisation and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA).
