La participation à ces ateliers est limitée aux personnes travaillant dans la même région, inclus ceux qui travaillent au siège ou sur le terrain. Pour s’assurer que le maximum d’organisations puissent bénéficier de ces ateliers, la participation sera initialement limitée à une personne par organisation, avec d’avantage de places disponibles en fonction de la disponibilité. Nous encourageons fortement les ONGs et les INGOS qui sont déjà en partenariat à participer ensemble. Cependant les participations individuelles sont également bienvenues. Notez que cet atelier se déroulera en français. Logistique Date: Mardi 16 Mai Horaires : 13:00 – 17:00 BST/WAT | 08:00 – 12:00 EST Lieu: Virtuel (un lien zoom sera communiqué aux participants en amont de l’atelier) Si l’atelier est plein, il n’y aura qu’un seul participant par organisation. Une liste d’attente pour une deuxième personne sera établie sur une base du premier inscrit, premier servi. Enregistrement Si vous êtes intéressés, inscrivez-vous ci-dessous. Chaque participant doit s’inscrire séparément. Avant de confirmer votre participation, nous pourrons éventuellement vous demander des informations additionnelles sur votre rôle au sein de votre organisation afin de s’assurer que les participants ont le bon profil pour cet atelier. Workshop participation is limited to personnel working in the respective region, including those who work on the regions remotely or from HQ. To ensure that a wide range of organisations can benefit from the workshops, participation might initially be limited to one person from an organisation per workshop, with additional spaces granted upon availability. We encourage INGO and NGO staff who are already partners to attend the workshop together, however, individual participants are also welcome. Workshop Logistics Date: Tuesday 16 May Times: 13:00 – 17:00 BST/WAT | 08:00 – 12:00 EST Location: Virtual (zoom links will be shared with confirmed participants closer to the event) If the workshop is oversubscribed, organisations may be limited to one place. A waiting list for 2nd places will be maintained and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration Each interested participant should register separately.
