GISF Anonymous Feedback Form

We take our responsibility to all stakeholders seriously- as an NGO Network, maintaining trust is key to our success. As part of our commitment to transparency, we welcome feedback from our members and stakeholders.

We are guided by the ethical principles in our Code of Conduct, and our organisational policies and procedures.

If you have feedback or a complaint about GISF, our events, programmes, or personnel conduct that you’d like to share with us, please do so using the form below. (If you’d prefer to provide feedback verbally, we also welcome this.)

Confidentiality: Your complaint will be received and handled by the Accountability Sub-committee of the GISF Steering Group, or in the event of a serious misconduct complaint, the Chair of the Board of Directors. GISF will endeavour to keep your information confidential, sharing it only on a need-to-know basis with those handling the complaint and in compliance with UK Data Protection Legislation. You can read more about the GISF Steering Group here https://gisf.ngo/about/our-governance-bodies/meet-the-steering-group/

The current Accountability Sub-Committee is:

  • Paul Westbury
  • Anne Celine Okonta
  • Peter Doyle

Anonymity: You are welcome to submit your report anonymously. GISF treats anonymous complaints seriously and will follow them up in accordance with our policies. If you report anonymously, please be aware that:

  • it is difficult to provide you with appropriate support if GISF does not know who you are, and
  • it is more difficult to investigate reports if GISF cannot ask you for more information about what happened

If you do choose to report anonymously, please provide as much evidence as possible to allow GISF to investigate your concerns.

We respond to all feedback where an email address has been provided. You can expect to hear from us within one week.
