Brussels Location:  Transforma BXL, Avenue Jules Bordet 13, 1140 Brussels.

Washington D.C Location: Ronald Reagan Building, Pennsylvania Ave., NW Suite 700 Washington, DC 20004

The GISF Spring Forum is designed to provide an opportunity for GISF Members to learn from one another and engage in deeper discussion and learnings on critical topics related to humanitarian security risk management.

Whilst we have already announced that the main theme of this forum Emerging Technologies: Challenges and Opportunities for Security Risk Management, we’re pleased to let you know about some of the specific sessions. Alongside our standing member-only Case Study and Context sessions, we will also examine innovation in humanitarian action and its implications for security risk management, look at various platforms and tools to support contextual information and analysis, explore the use of immersive crisis management simulators, and for those attending in person, we will have a hands-on demonstration of VR & 360-degree video security trainings.

For any questions, please contact Megan at gisf-info@gisf.ngo, or Tara at gisf-americas@gisf.ngo.
