My mission as an independent humanitarian access advisor is to enable lifesaving access for vulnerable populations by converting complex conflict dynamics into practical, principled solutions. I work to bridge gaps between humanitarian actors, local communities and authorities, ensuring aid reaches those who need it most‚ even in the most insecure environments.

Principled Access Negotiation‚ 13‚years of leading negotiations with state and non state actors, tribal leaders and community representatives to secure safe passage for aid.
Conflict Analysis & Stakeholder Mapping‚ Rapid assessment of power structures, risk factors and entry points to inform access strategies.
Cross line Operations & CM Coordination‚ Designing and overseeing multi agency logistics that cross frontlines while maintaining security and compliance.
Capacity Building & Strategic Advisory‚ Training >150 humanitarian staff, developing access monitoring systems, and providing strategic counsel to inter agency working groups.
I have worked closely with a wide range of NGOs, INGOs and UN bodies‚including UNICEF, Mres, Save the Children, and numerous local civil‚ society partners. My role has encompassed strategic advisory, joint‚ access negotiations, conflict‚ risk assessments and capacity‚building workshops on protection, coordination and data‚ driven decision‚ making. These collaborations have resulted in secured humanitarian corridors, resumed cash‚ based programmes for tens of thousands of beneficiaries, and strengthened inter‚agency coordination in Yemen‚ a high risk environment.
