Join us for a full week of exciting learning opportunities right outside Oslo!

Our HEAT training is designed for humanitarian staff and will prepare you for travel and work in high-risk and remote areas. With us, you will learn and grow based on your current level of knowledge, experience and personal resilience. All the training modules are conducted in a safe and positive learning environment, and we believe that HEAT only has value to the degree it is perceived useful and relevant to each individual participant.

The training course is physically and mentally challenging, as our responsibility is to prepare you for the harsh realities of violence, war and other security threats. Our seasoned and diverse team of instructors will guide you through each training evolution with all the support you need. You will learn a number of easy, practical tools to manage your stress response, maintain cognitive function and make better decisions under pressure and when in danger.

Your safety is our highest priority, and you will have a psychologist present during the most intense days of training.

Accommodation and full board is included from Monday morning to Friday afternoon.
