On the 17th December, GISF hosted the final webinar of the year, looking at the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has impacted operations around the world, and the work of the Security Risk Management professional with it. The webinar explored how organisations have and are preparing for crisis during a pandemic, differently.
Speakers included, Christian Pibitz from Norwegian Refugee Council, Lisa Oliveri from Education Development Centre, Armstrong Mania from Population Services International, and Angeliki Nika and Francesca Giovinazzo from ACAPS.
The speakers shared some of the lessons learned and opportunities that the COVID-19 pandemic has presented.
