This report (2011) aims to familiarise member states with existing mechanisms in individual entities of the Working Group, as well as interagency mechanisms, in the context of the preparedness for, prevention of and response to terrorist attacks using chemical or biological weapons and materials. In addition, the report aims to identify new opportunities for strengthening prevention and incident response with regard to such attacks.
